Day 2

I went to bed too lat last night, and woke up rather tired. I am also sore from the workout yesterday. I took some medicine for the soreness, but I need sleep. I have fallen asleep at my desk twice now. I looked at the Atkins websote and it does say I can have 1-2 cups of coffee a day, so I am drinking some now. I am still tired, and keep nodding off, but I just need to make it another hour and forty-five minutes and then it is workout time.
